It covers human-centred approaches, AI ethics, AI foundations and applications, AI pedagogy, and AI for professional learning.

Guidelines for teachers and educators on tackling disinformation and promoting digital literacy

The Guidelines for teachers to foster digital literacy and tackle disinformation provide practical support for primary and secondary teachers to help learners develop digital literacy, critical thinking and the ability to recognise and respond to disinformation. The updated 2026 version includes guidance on generative AI, social media and influencers, pre-bunking, controversial content and digital citizenship.

EU AI Act

The AI Act Explorer is an interactive online resource that allows users to browse and search the full text of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). It provides an accessible way to explore the Act’s provisions on AI literacy, prohibited practices, high-risk AI systems, transparency, general-purpose AI models, governance, enforcement and fundamental rights.

ECHR Toolkit

The ECHR Toolkit for professionals is a practical resource developed by the Council of Europe to help public officials understand and apply European Convention on Human Rights standards in their everyday work. It provides accessible information on Convention rights, practical questions, checklists and examples relevant to situations encountered by professionals working with the public.
