Learning outcomes
Participants will be able to identify common online risks and unsafe behaviours, reflect critically on their use of social media and digital technologies, recognise how online content and digital platforms can influence behaviour and emotions, apply strategies for safer and more balanced digital participation, identify where to seek help or report harmful online content.
Suggested activity
Participants work in small groups to analyse different online posts or messages, including an AI-generated example, identify possible risks and manipulation techniques, discuss how they can evaluate whether information is trustworthy, and create a short set of rules for safer and more responsible digital participation.
