The ENACT-AI Toolbox is a multilingual online learning hub developed as part of the ENACT-AI project. It brings together carefully selected free and open educational resources that help young people, teachers, educators and youth workers explore the connections between artificial intelligence, democracy and active citizenship.

The Toolbox covers five key areas: AI literacy and critical thinking; youth participation and democracy; information, media and power; youth safeguarding; and the impact of AI on society and the environment. Users can search and filter lesson plans, videos, games, guides, toolkits, courses and other practical materials by topic, target group, language, country, duration and learning setting.

In addition to individual resources, the Toolbox provides ready-made learning pathways and country-specific collections for Croatia, Romania, Austria and Germany, alongside resources available at European level. It is designed to support classroom activities, youth work and independent learning, enabling young people to better understand AI, navigate digital information critically and participate confidently in democratic life.
